The National Association for Shoplifting Prevention (NASP), Inc. and/or its affiliates own all right, title and interest in and to the Site(s) and/or own the content and applications on the Site(s) (including on social network websites).

All programs, content and images on the Site(s) including without limitation, user accounts, the text, software, scripts, educational programs (including but not limited to the Y.E.S. Program) graphics, applets, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), owned by or licensed to the National Association for Shoplifting Prevention, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law. Any modification or use of the materials from the Sites or from the educational programs offered via the Sites for any purpose not explicitly permitted is a violation of NASP's copyright and other proprietary rights. Content on the Website is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. The National Association for Shoplifting Prevention reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Site(s) and the Content – including all NASP Programs in any form or media.

NASP owns all copyrights for all material on the Sites or has a valid right from a third party to use the material on the Sites. NASP is the proprietor to the registered U.S. Trademarks listed here in with regard to its services. NASP also owns the following common law trademarks in association with its goods and services: "NASP", "SHOPLIFTERS ANONYMOUS", "SHOPLIFTERS ALTERNATIVE", "SA COURSE", "Y.E.S." and "Y.E.S. PROGRAM", and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and domain names used on or in connection with the Site(s) or has a valid right from a third party to use any such material. Any modification or use of the materials from the Site(s) or from the educational programs offered via the Site(s) for any purpose not explicitly permitted in a violation of NASP's copyright and other proprietary rights.

No part of the Site(s) may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent from NASP. Such consent may be requested by contacting National Association for Shoplifting Prevention, Inc., at 225 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY 11747. This prohibition also includes framing any content from the Sites as well as unauthorized linking.
